Ahwatukee, Arizona is a beautiful community nestled in the mountains about 15 minutes south of downtown Phoenix. Ahwatukee was annexed into Phoenix a few years ago, but the locals still refer to the area as Ahwatukee. Ahwatukee offers more than 40 miles of recreational trails through the surrounding hills and is a golfers paradise, it’s hard to believe that there wasn’t anything there 15 years ago.

Chandler, Arizona is a great community south-east of downtown Phoenix. Chandler’s borders have expanded greatly, it has grown from a small community of 30,000 people in 1980 to more than 240,000 today. Chandler has many attractions, but one key attraction that stands out is the Hotel San Marcos which was opened November 22, 1913 and still stands today as beautiful as it was when it first opened.

Mesa, Arizona As the third largest city in Arizona, Mesa shines as a modern-day desert urban retreat where landscapes are legendary and tradition and heritage still shine. Mesa is conveniently located just 12 miles east of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and visitors will have easy access to the area’s most popular natural attractions.

Paradise Valley, AZ is a small town in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Despite the small area of Paradise Valley it is home to more nearly 15,000 people and no less than twelve resorts, making it one of Arizona’s premiere tourist destinations. The real estate is extremely expensive homes where the median home price is $2.74 million, with many over $10 million and some over $40 million.
