Michael and Cheron have been a team for the past 15+years. Whether it has been in business, our professional lives or our married lives, we truly love and enjoy working together. When you enjoy working together, the rest just falls into place.

Michael is a native of Arizona and Cheron is originally from Colorado. We have two beautiful children. Although Colorado was a great place to live and grow up, Cheron desired warmth therefore she moved to Arizona. Her earlier years were spent nursing, although she desired to become a Doctor, she found herself changing careers and becoming a bookkeeper for her husband’s aerospace businesses. Michael grew up in his family business, working machines, designing metal components and then took over the companies in 1994. Although, we miss the thrill of the aerospace industry, we do not miss the stress that it entailed. In 2003, the aerospace industry changed, hence we changed with it, we sold to our biggest competitor…good for us.

Michael, who has a passion for computers, trained for his MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification, but followed his degree in Architecture and decided to build custom home’s. From that point on, Real Estate has become and enjoyable part of our lives.

Michael has taken the time to become a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), e-pro (technology), Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) and furthering his education into Certified Distressed Property Expert.

Cheron at this time has become a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
